I've worn plenty of boxers that felt soft at first and turned scratchy after a few washes, but the Tencel lyocell on these has stayed silky through a couple months of laundry. The mid waist sits right where I want it too.
The Tencel lyocell fabric genuinely feels like silk, way softer than the cotton boxers I used to wear. The loose fit through the legs is great for sleeping, and the waistband sits right at mid height without rolling down.
The Tencel fabric feels genuinely silky against my skin, which I didn't expect from boxer shorts at this price. Only gripe is the waistband runs a little snug compared to the loose fit through the legs, so consider sizing up if you're between sizes.
