The low waist and short leg cut keep these from riding up under jeans, which was my main issue with other trunks. The signature waistband doesn't dig in at all, and after a few washes the Tencel still feels just as soft.
The Tencel fabric genuinely feels like silk against the skin, way softer than the cotton boxers I used to wear. The low waist and short leg cut are perfect under slim jeans without any bunching. Twelve pairs for this price is honestly a steal.
I've washed these a handful of times now and the Tencel lyocell still feels as silky as day one, no pilling at all. The signature waistband sits flat under my dress pants too, which I didn't expect from something this soft.
