The 330 gsm weight is no joke, these actually hold their shape instead of going floppy at the collar. The lyocell blend gives them a softer hand than plain cotton and they don't cling after a long day.
I've washed these twice now and the lyocell-pima blend still feels buttery instead of stiff like my old cotton tees. The regular fit drapes well without looking boxy, and the crew neck hasn't stretched out at all.
