The Tencel lyocell feels noticeably silkier than the cotton boxers I used to wear, and the signature waistband doesn't dig in when I sit all day. Even after a few weeks the regular leg hasn't stretched out or ridden up.
I've washed these six pairs at least a dozen times now and the waistband still hasn't stretched out or rolled down. The mid waist sits right where I want it, and the regular leg doesn't ride up under jeans.
Tencel lyocell really does feel like silk against the skin, and after a full day of wear they don't ride up or bunch at all. Bought the 6-pack two months ago and they've held their shape through every wash so far.
