I've washed these a dozen times and the Tencel fabric still feels like silk against my skin — no pilling at all. The short leg doesn't ride up under jeans either, which was my main worry.
The low waist sits perfectly without riding up, which I didn't expect from a trunk this short. Wore a pair through a full day of errands and forgot I had them on. The signature waistband doesn't dig in either.
The Tencel lyocell feels noticeably silkier than the cotton trunks I used to wear, and the low waist sits right where I want it. The short leg means no bunching under slim jeans. Genuinely the most comfortable underwear I've owned.
